Data for running automated tests on BrainGlobe tools. Hosted here to reduce the size of GitHub repositories.

points_transform_brainreg_directory.zip

Contains points_transform_brainreg_directory, a brainreg output directory with the minimum required files to run the napari widget to transform points into atlas space.

brainglobe-template-builder

An example nifti file, courtesy of Sirmpilatze et al.,2021 and its N4-brightness corrected outputs, for regression testing against ground truth. The N4 bias field correction was performed by running the n4_script.py from within the brainglobe-template-builder directory. The required antspyx version is specified within the script as per PEP 723.
